Printing only policy

Paintline Assurance Policy - We provide replacement on your provided t-shirt or not on us t-shirt with applicable surcharge applies by the machine. Please understand that, occasionally during the printing process, embroidery set-up, heat-pressing process a garment will possibly damage, if you supply the garment and there is a problem we do not replace your item. Your damage piece will return to you with an apology. This is why we prefer work on garments on our own supply, that Paintline Printing Services may easily replace them, the customer must be aware and agree to the responsibility 

Maximum Acceptable T-shirt amount value per piece should be P 200.00 and below and to get a assurance replacement incase of misprint, print defects or accidental damage, prior to client's provided t-shirt with value amount of Php 200.00 and above, we will charge you an added tariff +25% surcharge as for our company assurance policy.

For client who will not avail the Company Assurance Policy will not get a replacement or refund on client own provided t-shirt incase of defects, this signed waiver must be issued first before production.

Garment Defect Waiver - we can only accept printing on below P 200.00 t-shirt value, we are having issues on refunding or replacing customer if the customer t-shirt is high value whereas printing are too less expensive and a bit risky to our business to ratio the service cost in a 1:5 or 1:10 which our employees and the company could not afford and the cost is unreasonable.

3. I waive the company Paintline Printing Services free from any charges and so whatever happens to my provided garment has no cost at all and that providing this waiver is in my own will.
