I. Inquire about Design
1. Submit your design layout, our staff will provide price and material evaluation/estimate
2. If you have no layout we can simply provide a design services to your company, outright there will be a charge of Php 500.00 for each design request, design fee maybe waived if your order is above 50 pieces.
3. Layout costing will vary on 1.) Quantity, 2) Decoration method (Silk-Screen Printing, Digital Embroidery, additional patched fabric, Thermal Transfer process, Individual Name Tags & Material).
4. We are only specialized on t-shirt Design & Other promotional items that uses sublimation printing, silk-screen printing and other thermal transfer printing.
II. Choose the Right Shirt
1. We provide wide array of local and imported t-shirt brands, imported jacket fleece and other cotton and sports fabric material, make sure to choose the right one.
2. For Higher GSM Ready-made fabric we recommend Crown Brand, Grandsler Brand for local supply and Gildan Brand for imported.
3. Custom request with 2 or more color combination color style of t-shirt, polo shirt, long-sleeved, v-necks, raglan, hooded, zippered jackets, varsity jackets and other special cut t-shirts, respectively we can offer you cotton cvc-reactive, honeycombed cotton, micro fiber, sports fabric and other local supply availability.
4. Choosing the right color, we have 12 to 24 color chart available.
a) 80 percent of our client are online inquiry, make sure to present your estimate # if you have already inquire in our facebook page or sales email.
b) Any changes of specification of your inquiry may result to cost estimate adjustment.
c) Provide always a copy of your payment deposit with reference number when presenting to our front sales staff.
d) All estimates is valid for 30 days from the date of your inquiry, after the expiration the estimate will be revert and apply our policy to "new srp price estimate may change without prior notice".
IV. Initial Payment
a) Our business is "Material Based Services" and "Labor Intensive Cost" that's why we are requiring you to pay the minimum of 50% Payment Policy on 30-60 days lead-time or 70% Payment Policy on rush orders.
b) We offer Express Lane to those who need there t-shirt printing demand within 24 to 72 hours, this will add you extra cost depending on the complexity of the project, the reason for the extra cost is to provide our internal admin an extra laborer to work this project "overnight" we are pleasure to serve your fulfilling urgency and you don't have to worry with the quality, we are using all U.S. standard industrial "state of the art printing equipment" that does not require too much drying time of your design prints.

a) Our silk screen production use manual pantone code guided color.
b) All production department will vary the correctness of its output based on client approved design mockup, the clients must be sure of his approval because there will be no reversal may happen on our transaction if we found the 3D or Actual sample mockup is correct.
c) Our production cannot production without any design mockup reference.
d) Production do not entertain any verbal orders, it should have a written guide with approved design mockup.
VI. Modifying Design
a) Before we proceed for printing or any other decorative method, we will further require your design on additional enhancement, at PAINTLINE we are committed on our full pledged quality assurance and by time to time on reviewing any design submission by our design team we are able to reach you out as soon as we can to present to you the modification process, this are limited to 1) Pantone Color or Design Color matching, 2) Removal of image pixels and other, 3) Design Guide measures, 4) Design positioning. 5) Removal of agreed Color limit prior to our approved Estimate/Invoiced, we shall inform you about this before proceed to production.
b) Modifying of design after the approval of the design and in the middle of production is allowed if the job is recoverable, it will cost you more.
VII. Choose the Right Size

b) For Custom Made T-shirts that has special cut or cut-print-sew, you may have the option to choose for special Ladies cut with curve style on both sides of t-shirt.
c) We disclose to our clients that borrowing of stock shirt from us is not recommended because from time to time the shirt will have a margin of error or shrinkage, we suggest to buy a brand new t-shirt from us on your group sizing, or measure your shirts using the size chart provided: https://bit.ly/34ali5J .
a) Ready-made T-shirt with Printing on orders 500 pieces and below is 3 to 14 business days with additional conditions and days extensions in writing.
b) Custom-made T-shirt with Printing on orders 500 pieces and below is 18 to 24 business days or with additional conditions and days extensions in writing.
c) Custom-made T-shirt with Embroidery or Patched on orders 500 pieces below is 24 to 38 business days with additional conditions and days extensions in writing.
d) Custom Hoodies, Jackets and Corporate Jacket material lead-time is at case to case basis

General lead-time Processing of Refund payment:
Policy of Surcharge for customer already provided t-shirt.
Effective from January 01, 2024, all t-shirts accepted by our company will be subject to a surcharge of 25% of the original price. This surcharge is applicable to all t-shirts, regardless of their size, color, or design.
The surcharge is being implemented to cover the additional costs incurred by our company due to possible damage or warranty for replacement incase your fragile t-shirt will goes wrong. We hope to continue providing printing services to our customers while maintaining our commitment to fair pricing.

In case you don't want to add a warranty of your T-shirts if goes wrong we may set a waiver on this:
Paintline Assurance Policy - We provide replacement on your provided t-shirt or not on us t-shirt with applicable surcharge applies by the machine. Please understand that, occasionally during the printing process, embroidery set-up, heat-pressing process a garment will possibly damage, if you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damage piece will return to you with an apology. This is why we prefer work on garments on our own supply, that Paintline Printing Services may easily replace them, the customer must be aware and agree to the responsibility.
Maximum Acceptable T-shirt amount value per piece should be declared P 200.00 and below and to get an assurance replacement in case of misprint, print defects or accidental damage, prior to client's already provided t-shirt with value amount of Php 200.00 and above, we will charge you an added tariff +25% surcharge as for our company assurance policy.
For client who will not avail the Company Assurance Policy will not get a replacement or refund on client own provided t-shirt in case of defects, this signed waiver must be issued first before production.
Garment Defect Waiver - we can only accept printing if the price fall below the value of P 200.00 per t-shirt, this will be resolving the issues on refunding or replacing customer if the customer t-shirt is high value whereas printing are unproportionate less expensive and a bit risky to our business to ratio the service cost in a 1:5 or 1:10.
